Ten Thousand NYC, SYDNEY, DECAF Blend are roasted from selected high-quality beans at our roasting center. They need to pass strict cupping test after several roasting stages to meet our high standard of coffee beans. Ten Thousand focuses on every process where high quality green beans become a perfect cup of coffee.

Our Q-grader and R&D team set up SOP(Standard Operation Procedure) including espresso extraction method, machine handling, and barista training. The taste and quality of our coffee is always our foremost value and priority.
